Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your SmartSmash account and associated personal data using this form. We will verify your identity and process your request within 5 business days.

What gets deletedYour account profile, contact details, login access, player profile data, parent–child links, and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymised. Some records may be retained where required for payment, legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, or audit purposes — these will be anonymised where possible.

You can also email us directly at support@smartsmash.co.uk with your full name, email address, club name, and role to request deletion.

Junior playersA parent, guardian, club admin, or authorised coach may submit a deletion request on behalf of a junior player. Please provide the junior player's details in the form and explain your relationship in the notes field.
